These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Scrub Hub, a professional grooming business management platform operated by NuLL State (Chris Cooper d/b/a NuLL State). By using Scrub Hub or opting in to its SMS appointment reminder service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Scrub Hub provides appointment scheduling, client management, and SMS reminder services for grooming businesses. The SMS appointment reminder feature sends automated text messages to clients who have opted in to receive notifications about their appointments.
2. SMS Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS messages, you agree to the following:
- You consent to receive automated SMS appointment reminders from your grooming business via Scrub Hub.
- Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule.
- Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier and plan.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
Opting out will stop SMS reminders. It does not cancel your appointments or affect your relationship with your grooming business.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Provide false or inaccurate information when opting in.
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable law or regulations.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Scrub Hub platform or its SMS delivery infrastructure.
4. Data and Privacy
Your use of Scrub Hub is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Your phone number will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Scrub Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery of SMS messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and network conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NuLL State shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Scrub Hub or the SMS reminder service, including missed appointments due to undelivered messages.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
